Nikunj Kanji Shah (Pretty Women) is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Dadar West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening and Recruitment
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and confidential

What you will do

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
