Nitish Group wants to bring on a Loan Executive for its Bhayander, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Minimum 2+ Year Of Experience In Home Loan/Real Estate.* Graduate In Any Discipline.* Good Communication And Follow-Up Skills.* Knowledge Of Home Loan Documentation And Banking Procedures.Key Responsibilities:* Process Home Loan Applications.* Coordinate With Banks And Financial Institutions.* Collect And Verify Customer Document. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Bank reconciliation, Tally and Accounts payable
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, numerate attitude

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

As a Loan Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
