Nityanand Infraprojects Pvt Ltd wants to bring on an Executive Hr for its Navi Mumbai, Mumbai team. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Recruitment Of Candidates For Company, Preparing Salary, All Compliance Such As Pf, Esic, To Make Kra For Each And Every Employee, To Visit The Central Warehouse In Panvel And Factory At Khopoli On Fortnight Basis To Take The Grievances Of The Employee. Also To Take Care Of The Administration Work Of Company Etc. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Screening and HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
