Welcome Visitors, Answer Incoming Calls Also Do Out Call To The Client, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Email etiquette and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Day-to-day work

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
