The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Developing Hiring Strategies, Managing Large-Scale Recruitment Operations, Building High-Performing Ta Teams Candidate Profile 8 To 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably Within Bpo, Bpm, Contact Center, Customer Support, Or Shared Services Industries.Education Any Graduate Mba (Hr) / Pgdm Preferredsalary 12Lpa To 15Lpa Immediate Joiners Requiredonly International Bpo Experience Required Shift Timing Male 24/7 Female 8Am To 9 Pm (9-Hour) 5 Days Working. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, MS Excel, HRMS and Recruitment
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
