Present Products Or Services Clearly And Persuasively To Potential Customers. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Sales Activities In The Crm System. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Domestic, Sales | Languages : English, Hindi

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
