Executive Assistant Jd- Provide Admin Support To Md/Ceo: Manage Calendars, Meetings, Travel, Expenses- Handle Correspondence, Reports, Presentations Maintain Confidential Records- Coordinate With Internal Teams, Vendors, And Clients Track Action Items- Support Office Operations, Events, And Compliance Documentationrequirements:- Graduate/Mba, 3-6 Yrs Exp Supporting Cxos- Excellent Communication, Ms Office, Multitasking Skills- High Discretion, Proactive, Deadline-Oriented- Reports To: Md/Ceo. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
