Manage Employee Records, Attendance, Leave, Onboarding, Confirmations, Promotions & Separations. You Will Handle End-To-End Recruitment With Department Heads, Support Payroll, Benefits & Reimbursements.Role Includes Implementing Hr Policies, Ensuring Compliance With Labour Laws (Pf, Esic Etc.), Managing Employee Relations, Appraisals & Engagement Activities.You Will Oversee Office Administration - Facilities, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Supplies & Asset Management, Coordinate With Vendors & Internal Teams.You Will Prepare Hr/Admin Reports And Support Senior Management.Qualification: Bachelors In Hr/Business Admin/Management With Hr & Admin Experience. Strong Organization, Communication, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving & Documentation Skills Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Screening, MS Excel, Payroll, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and organised

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
