OM Finmart Services Pvt. Ltd. wants to bring on a Procurement Executive for its Mulund West, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Procurement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, Quotation Management, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Procurement
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• You are dependable and organised

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

As a Procurement Executive, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
