Om Steels wants to bring on a Dispatch Executive/Coordinator for its Ghatkopar, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Responsible For Arranging Vehicles For Dispatch, Coordinating With Transporters, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Goods. Follow Up With Drivers And Clients For Status Updates, Manage Dispatch Schedules, And Resolve Delays/Issues. Maintain Records And Coordinate With Warehouse/Accounts Team. Candidate Should Have Logistics Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented
