Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Internet Surfing
• Skills Needed: Computer, Tally, Email
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
