Omres Management Private Limited is looking for a Share Market Process to join its team in Ghansoli, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Active listening, Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Typing speed
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
