Front Desk Associate

A new Front Desk Associate role is open at Onemi Technology Solutions Limited, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Greet And Assist Guests With Check-Ins, Reservations, And Inquiries. Provide Information About Services And Amenities While Maintaining A Professional Demeanor. Address Complaints And Ensure A Pleasant Guest Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, MS Office and Record keeping
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
