Identifying, Evaluating, And Qualifying Potential Suppliers (4-5 Nos) Based On Quality, Cost, And Reliability Criteria. Negotiating Favourable Terms In Regards To Pricing, Quality, Delivery Time/ Transport And Payment Terms And Conditions. Creating, Reviewing,Processing, Preparing Purchase Orders Accurately And Efficiently. Collecting Quatations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Basic accounting and Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
