We Are Looking For A Receptionist & Appointment Coordinator For Omoorjeeshaa Office At Cosmos Square, Virar West.The Candidate Should Handle Front Desk Activities, Attend Calls, Coordinate Appointments, And Communicate Professionally With Visitors And Clients. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
