Associate Will Be Responsible For Handling Incoming And Outbound Calls From Customers/Patients. Answer Calls Professionally To Provide Information About Doctor Schedule, Hospital Services, Book And Cancel Appointments, Or Obtain Details Of Complaints. Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Recording Details Of Inquiries, Complaints. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
