We Are Looking For Energetic And Confident Bpo Calling Agents To Join Our Growing Share Market Process. The Role Involves Making Outbound Calls To Potential Clients, Explaining Our Financial And Stock Market-Related Services, Generating Interest, And Scheduling Follow-Ups For The Sales Team. Type : Outbound, Sales, Domestic, Inbound | Marketing | Languages : Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Marathi and Marketing
