Oracare Prime is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Responsible For Patient Coordination, Appointment Scheduling, Calls, Whatsapp Communication, Billing, Record Management, And Reception Handling. Coordination With Doctors, Labs, And Vendors Along With Daily Administrative Support. Good Communication And Computer Skills Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Front Desk Executive, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and dependable
