Welcome And Assist Visitors With A Professional And Friendly Attitude. Handle Incoming Calls, Appointments, Emails, And Maintain The Reception Area. Coordinate With Internal Departments And Manage Basic Administrative & Documentation Work. Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, And A Presentable Personality Are Mandatory. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
