P K Jewellers Pvt Ltd is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
