Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.Plan And Execute Recruitment For Multiple Roles, Post Job Listings Across Platforms, Screen Resumes, Schedule Interviews, And Coordinate. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented
