Manage Directors Calendar, Meeting Coordination, & General Admin Support. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: HRMS, Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
