Telecaller

A new Telecaller role is open at Patel enterprise, Adajan, Surat. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month. Freshers can apply. The team is filling 2 vacancies.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Typing speed and CRM tools
