Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Call- 4Pm -6Pm. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, HRMS, Recruitment, Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
