Lead And Manage The Recruitment Team To Achieve Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Hiring Targets.Assign Job Requisitions And Monitor Recruiter Performance.Develop And Implement Effective Sourcing Strategies Through Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals, And Other Channels.Screen Resumes, Conduct Interviews, And Coordinate Final Selection With. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English
• Someone patient and calm under pressure
