Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Inventory Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
