• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices and Record Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
