Job Responsibilities:Attend Walk-In Customers At Showroom And Explain Products (Inverter, Battery, Etc.)Handle Customer Inquiries And Provide Proper Guidancegenerate Bills/Invoices Using Billing Softwaremaintain Daily Sales And Billing Recordscoordinate With Service Executives For Installations & Complaintshandle Phone Calls, Whatsapp Inquiries, And Follow-Upsmaintain Showroom Cleanliness And Product Displaymanage Basic Stock Updates (If Required) Skills Required:Basic Computer Knowledge (Billing Software, Excel)Good Communication Skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)Polite And Customer-Friendly Behaviorbasic Knowledge Of Inverter & Battery (Training Can Be Provided).

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
