Pilates Academy Bkc has an opening for a Front Desk Administrator based in Bandra East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Studio Operations And Schedules. Ensure Excellent Client Experience And Handle Customer Inquiries, Instagram Inquiries And Any Other If Need Be. Monitor Studio Cleanliness, Maintenance, And Equipment Functionality. Maintain Inventory And Manage Administrative Tasks Like Invoicing And Reporting. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Typing, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and detail-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
