Receptionist

Pinnacle High International School is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Malad West, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹19,000/month.

Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers.

What you will do

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month.

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Data entry, Basic accounting, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only
