Develop Job Descriptions, Screen Candidates, And Conduct Interviews. Collaborate With Teams To Meet Workforce Needs Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Payroll, Recruitment, MS Excel, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and organised
