Pioneer Refrigeration & Air conditioning Works wants to bring on an Executive Assistant for its Dockyard Road, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude
