Receptionist

Platinum Lifespaces wants to bring on a Receptionist for its Belapur, Mumbai team. You can earn up to ₹45,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
