We Are Hiring Experienced Pre-Sales Executives For Our Real Estate Process. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Prospective Customers, Explaining Project Details, Generating And Qualifying Leads, Scheduling Site Visits, Following Up With Customers, Updating Crm Records, And Achieving Daily And Monthly Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate, Real Estate | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi and Real Estate
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Real Estate
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• You are calm under pressure and patient

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
