What you get

What you will do

As a Telecaller Outbound, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
