The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Understanding Customer Requirements, Recommending Suitable Insurance Plans, And Achieving Sales Targets While Maintaining Excellent Customer Relationship. Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
