Polite Trading Company is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Vashi, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Your responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Typing and Data entry
• Female Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
