The Role Involves Coordinating With Service Advisors, Workshop And Crm Teams To Ensure Timely Resolution Of Customer Issues, Conducting Service Follow-Ups,. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, Gujarati, English

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Gujarati, English
• You are calm under pressure and patient
