Prem Alluminium and Hardware (Since 1999) is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
