Day-to-day work

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

You will be paid ₹23,500 – ₹27,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Punjabi
• Basic English
