Salary

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bengali, English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
