We Are Looking For A Confident And Enthusiastic Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Students From Leads Generated Through College Seminars And Workshops, Explaining Our Courses And Offers, Following Up With Interested Students, And Convincing Them To Visit The Center. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
