Maintain Attendance, Leave, Overtime, And Salary Records. Handle Pf, Esic, Pt, Tds, And Other Statutory Compliances. Prepare Payroll Reports And Support Audits. Coordinate With Hr An. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening, Recruitment
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
