Office In Pushpak Nagar. Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, MS Office, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
• Basic English

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
