A new Hr Admin Executive role is open at Process Equipment And Modular Systems, All Mumbai, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, Payroll, MS Excel, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude
