Handle Inbound & Outbound Customer Calls Explain Insurance Products And Services Clearly Assist Customers With Policy Details, Renewals, And Claims Maintain Good Relationship With Customers Resolve Customer Queries And Complaints Professionally Follow Up With Potential And Existing Clients Update Customer Details. Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
