Manage End-To-End Recruitment Process (Job Posting, Screening, Interviews, Onboarding) Develop And Implement Hr Policies And Procedureshandle Employee Relations, Grievances, And Disciplinary Actionsmaintain Employee Records And Hr Databases. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
