Tele Sales Executive

Propvilla Realty Pvt Ltd is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join its team in Mira Road, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Real Estate
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone calm under pressure and patient
