Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Prudence Tutor, Vashi wants to bring on a Receptionist Cum Telecaller for its Vashi, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Admin / Attendance Related Work. Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Back Office Work. Also A Tele Calling Work To Increase Admissions In Class. Good Incentives Will Be Offered Based On Admissions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
