Your responsibilities

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Record Management, Tally
• Female Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
